Instructional design for digital training.
INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN
Instructional design transforms organizational knowledge into structured and effective training courses.
It doesn't mean uploading content to an LMS platform, but rather designing learning experiences that guide people toward clear and measurable objectives.
OC Group has been designing custom e-learning content since 2007. Our approach integrates instructional design, technology, and multimedia production, always starting with an analysis of training needs and the organizational context.
Our design method.
Training needs analysis.
We work with internal experts and stakeholders to define concrete training objectives, skills to be transferred, and expected outcomes. This phase avoids content that is unnecessary or disconnected from real processes.
Storyboarding and curriculum design.
We design the complete course structure through detailed storyboards: content sequencing, interactions, examples, and assessments. Key decisions are made before production.
Knowledge structuring.
Through structured templates and grids, we transform experts' tacit knowledge into clear, documented, and reusable content over time.
Multimedia production.
We create interactive multimedia content, videos, animations, and SCORM or xAPI modules, ensuring technical robustness and educational consistency.
Digital training content production.
Our instructional designers manage the entire production cycle, ensuring educational quality, visual consistency, and technical reliability.
Redesign of existing webinars and content.
We transform synchronous sessions and existing materials into asynchronous, structured, and trackable training modules, designed for ongoing use over time.
Video, animations, and interactive content.
We use video, motion graphics, and process visualizations to make even complex concepts understandable, while maintaining clarity and rigor.
Standardized content and microlearning.
We produce content structured in short, focused units, ideal for extended training programs and ongoing refresher courses.

Technical standards and accessibility.
All content is designed according to international e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) to ensure interoperability and reliable tracking.
Accessibility is an integral part of the design: content should be keyboard-accessible, screen reader-compatible, semantically structured, and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
Enhance content over time.
Training content can be integrated into internal and external communications through supporting materials: clips, visuals, and editorial content designed to accompany learning paths.
This approach strengthens the adoption of LMS platforms and fosters a more informed and continuous digital learning culture.
